Best Tricks:
Saddle Up, Swing, Hugs, and Ole! (When Mom holds a blanket out, I run through it when she says "Ole!" She gets so excited when I do it, and tells me I'm a genius! She's so easily amused.)

Arrival Story:
My mom adopted me from the Colorado K-9 Prison program. She was looking for a Weimaraner, and the Mile High Weim Rescue told her she could find me there. My brother and I had to go there because we were VERY bad dogs. They almost tried to kill us at the Humane Society because nobody wanted us! But anyway, I was there 2 1/2 months and decided to turn my life around. I learned a lot of tricks, and I learned how to wear a baseball cap. Humans think it's cute, so I do it. I came home with Mom right after she bought a new house, so we broke the house in together. I pooped in lots of corners, trying to show her that it was my house, too... but she didn't see it that way. She made me a doggy door and showed me how to go outside to "Get Busy." My human Grandparents adopted my brother, Windsor, so he didn't have to stay in prison either. I haven't seen him in a while, but Mom always tells me that he's doing good up in Washington State. I don't know about that rain ... but I bet there are lots of squirrels there! That's him over there, in the trunk... he tried to sneak in to come visit, but apparently it's illegal to put dogs in suitcases or something. Silly human laws.

Bio:
I'm also really scared of small dogs. How did they get so little? Can they chase squirrels too? How can they go running or hiking? Why do they always run under my legs? I wish I could fit in Mom's purse, though, too. Then I could go everywhere with her. Mom always brings me something when I have to wait in the car for her. When she gets Starbucks, she always brings me water with ice in it. Sometimes they give me a cup full of whipped cream! I probably shouldn't have it since I'm watching my weight and all, but it's delicious. Mom thinks I need a buddy around the house. She thinks I wait for her all day long. Little does she know. When she's gone, I listen to the classical music she leaves on the radio. I know how to open the refrigerator, too. It's a treasure chest! Let me just say, Spaghetti and garlic bread is delicious. I can drag it to the living room and have a picnic. I recommend that all you other dawgs out there figure out how to open it. Mom has a lock on the fridge now, but sometimes she's late for work, she forgets to lock it. Those are the Best Days Ever!
