Quick Bio:
-purebred

Birthday:
May 20th 1994

Bio:
Stanley crossed the Rainbow Bridge on October 27, 2007 after a protracted illness. He is greatly missed by his dog and human family. Stanley brought companionship and love to each member of his family in uniquely individual ways. He was a friend, a patient listener, a warm snuggler, an enthusiastic playmate, an exercise companion, a foot-massager and tear dryer. He loved his long walks and took great pride in patrolling his yard for critters. Stanley was always the first one finished with his meals and asking for seconds and even thirds. He loved pizza and watching hockey games. He loved his family with all his heart and was loved equally in return.

My tears fall as I tell you that our little Stanley, "The Best Dog", has died.
There was nothing more the doctors could do for him. It was just his time to cross over the rainbow. He left us on Saturday, October 27 at 8:00 pm. We left him with his little reindeer blanket.
Our hearts are broken and the house is so empty. We miss him so. He was our "Kid".

Finally I feel well. The cool air makes me want to walk around the block again. I can do it but it's not as much fun anymore. It's hard to see, and hear and the smells have all but gone away. I can't wait to visit Tommy and, yes, Digger, too...I guess. Digger makes me laugh, but I don't let him know, I just growl at him in a low tone. I still take those needles twice a day .... I don't mind because I get a really nice treat after.

Now this doctor said I have colitis. The medicine is working now and I even ate some chicken. They tried to fool me and put the dog food (wd) under the chicken, but I ate around it. I only want to get out of bed to eat and pee. Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow.
