Arrival Story:
I have wanted a white shepard for over two years, but Karlchen my older dog wasn't very fit anymore and I was afraid a puppy would be too much for him. I started to notice that Jack, my younger dog with still lots of energy was getting bored and I decided not to wait until Karlchen died. I searched the net for a breeder with beautiful white shepherds and found one with an exceptionally beautiful female - since I wanted a beautiful female. I was promised a dog from the next litter and a few days, before Alaska was born, Karlchen sadly passed away. Jack was so sad, he became quite ill and I was very worried. I took Alaska home 8 weeks later and Jack was happy again. Although Alaska annoys him most of the time, it ist nice to see them play together. He will get more excited about her, when he finally realises that she is in fact a girl and not a baby :-)
