Arrival Story:
We had see a sign a the local store for a chow mix that had been found. I went home and researched the breed, and feel in love. I started talking to the vet and breeders. I had mad up my mind that I wanted a black female. I finally found a litter, called , and the black female had been sold the day before. There was one cream female left, so we went to look, and that was it! She was at the gate, in the snow, wagging her tail...the rest is history.

Bio:
Bear passed away peacefully in her sleep in January 2005 after fighting Cushings' Diease for over 2 years. She was one of a kind, and in the words of the vet "Totally crushed the mean chow image, even though her dad was 'very mean". She will be forever missed!
