DOTD, Christmassytimes and othfur important stuff...

I knew this was gonna be a grr-eat and pawtastic day as soon as I woke up
My momma was yelling MAXWELL, You're Dog of THE DAY
Holy Macaroni! In all my days, I nevfur thought I would receive this great and wonderfur, most highest Dogster honor.
But here I am. Dog of the Day.
Thank you Dogster and all my most pawsome pals fur the condogulations on this great day of days!

Why would this Quantum Dog widget appear on MY page, you ask?
I'll tell you.
Quantum Dog is my momma's company
She is the top dawg of this company, hooman-wise.
Roxy, Kodi and Yours Truly are the actual TOP DOGS and the reason Quantum Dog was created in the first place!
You see, just like many of you great pups, all three of us were once homeless
Our peeps found each of us waiting at a dog shelter.
When the peeps found each of us, their hearts were FULL (ask yer peeps, they'll tell you about that great feeling on the day they found you!)
But they were also sad that they couldn't give evfurry homeless creature a happy and loving furever home
This is a little long, but stick with me, it's important!
Now the peeps took their most pawtacular, special, God given talents and thought How can we use this to make doggies and peeps happy?
They had one of their most pawtacular ideas: they took their most favorite and booteeful picture of Roxy, Kodi and Me, used their magical compoooter skills to make the picture perfect
Then....
They printed it REALLY BIG, put it on a most wonderfur wooden frame and hung it on the wall!
They did this a few more times...many more times!! BOL and printed some on Canvas (like a fancy art gallery print), poster paper, Giant Magnets on our refrigerator BOL, our furry faces are all ovfur our house!
They thought, who wouldn't want a giant picture of their furry pals for the wall in their home?
I had to agree. And appawrently, othfur peeps agree too!
Next, they started making a few dollars (this are a very good thing fur hoomans)
They were so very happy, that they could give alot of those dollars to the humane societies where they found us!
Why?
Because the peeps want all dogs to be safe, happy and healthy while they wait fur their furever peeps to find them.
I told you that I had a big part, well, I'm not just the reason behind this company,
I supervise all the work. You know, make sure momma's not slacking off, playing around when she should be working. It's a tough job, but I'm her right hand dog. I run a tight ship.
But when it's time to play, you better believe I let her know that too! BOL!

Finally, I am very gratefur to be a part of this pawsome Dogster family!
You pups are the best and I wuff you all!

Disturbing trend

I think mom might need to socialize with her own kind a little more
she's working from home now and I'm afraid she's starting to take on some canine qualities

I heard her talking to dad this evening and coulda sworn I heard her growl -"Arrrrgh"
she claims that she was trying to make the pirate Aaaargh, but it sounded like a dog growl to me
to dad too!
Yikes

The Importance of Good Dental Hygiene

Roxy went away the othfur day
she was gone a long time.
then she came back home.
Kodi and I thoroughly investigated her when she got in the house.
We gave her mouth a good sniffdown
she smelled different...fresh...clean...
it was strange, I tell you.

She still barks at us the same
Runs around like crazy the same.
She claims she was abducted by aliens...breath freshening aliens
I've nevfur heard of such a thing.

After we had our dinner last night
mom took out this goop and spread it on a small brush
then she put it in Roxy's mouth and rubbed it around on her teeth!
I was right up in her grill investigating and it smelled pretty good...
so I willed mom to get me my own little mouth brush
she did.
ready for the yummy goop, I said
bring it on!

well as soon as she stuck the brush in my mouth
it was different!
it wasn't going down the gullet, but on the teeth
I didn't understand
so I jerked my mouth away
My mom is super clumsy, so when I did this,
she got the goop up my nose!
blech!

at this point, mom is still trying to get that stuff on my teeth
and out of my nose
Dad comes in and grabs my snout and wipes it with a towel
then held me still while mom continued

it was chaotic to say the least
but my teeth felt surprisingly nice after that.

mom said that since I have my own toothbrush
she might as well brush my teeth along with Roxy's.
we'll see how far she gets with that
