I really, REALLY like my kong! It bounces all over the place. And I like to play tug with my new brother with his rope toy.

I'd do anything for a little bit of a hot dog...

Around the neighborhood and Uptown. There are so many things going on Uptown!
Arrival Story:
A friend in the process of adopting a dog took me along to the shelter for a visit, and it was love at first sight. This little girl is ALL about the lovin'. So, when it came time to introduce Chico and Ruby, and they got along wonderfully, we knew it was meant to be.
Bio:
Ruby had a rough first year of life. She survived a fire at 6 months and who knows what else along the way. Animal Control knew the man who had her to be involved with dog fighting, so when they picked her up as a stray (showing signs of having been abused) and he didn't come to collect her in time, she was swept up to safety by her rescuers. Thank goodness!!!! She's an awesome little girl and a great companion for Chico (who thinks having a new sister is just the COOLEST!). She's full of love and life, and she SMILES a big, toothy pit bull grin!
