Seizures

Gracie has been with us since Dec 2006. She started having seizure episodes late fall of 2007 and has now had four the same: each time it has been when both human pawrents go out together and return together--on return Gracie starts to bark wildly, then seizes - she froths at the mouth, paddles and loses urine. The seizures last 1-2 minutes and take about an hour afterwards to start acting normal again.

The first time we rushed her to ER for a check over and blook work but everything was normal - now that we have a history of 4 seizures we can see the pattern described above.

She seems ok home alone if one pawrent goes out, then later on the other pawrent goes out.

The last time we were going out together, dad went out one door while mom sneaked out a different door - Gracie did not see us leave together. We returned home the same way and she did not see us enter together - and she was fine!! We'll try this each time and see if it makes a difference !!
