Birthday: November 26th 2006 Likes: Playing in dirty water. In fact, the dirtier, the better. Pet-Peeves: It really irks me when the other pups try to get their grubby paws on my dinner. Favorite Toy: A goofy shaped lamb that I carry around and keep in my mouth when I sleep. Favorite Food: I love bananas! They're my absolute favorite food. The mushier, the better. Favorite Walk: The ones where I don't have to wear a leash! Best Tricks: Rollover, high five, speak and "pound it!" Arrival Story: A stressful life event made it clear I needed some unconditional love and inspiration to keep doing the right things in life. I needed a dog. I remember always loving the "big dogs with little legs" and researched them for a while and fell in love. I found an ad for Cardigan Welsh Corgis online and was excited to see they were located not too far from where I lived, however driving there seemed to drag on for hours! I was greeted by 5 or so little fluffy Corgi puppies...they had the sweetest little faces, until we saw Benny. These other pups were cute, but Benny stood out for he had two very bright blue eyes and a coat color I had never seen on a Corgi before. It was as if his coat could not decide if it wanted to be a Blue Merle or a Tri Color. After trying out several hundred names on the drive home, we decided Benny was a very fitting name, and ever since then he has been treated like our four legged child. We do everything we can for our dogs and enjoy every second of it. Benny brings enourmous amounts of fun and joy to my life. Forums Motto: Obey the Corgi!
