Arrival Story:
After Mommy lost Chipper, she was all alone. One day she went to the shelter and met me. I was alone, too, and so scared. It was my first day there and I was hiding way in the back of the cell. I was wearing a huge tag with a number on it. No one knew my name or my past. Mommy talked to me for a long time until I was brave enough to come up to the bars and meet her. Then she left. I had a 5 day hold but nobody came to claim me. Why didn't anyone want me? Then Mommy came back for me! They put a sign on my cell that said "adopted". Mommy took me home and gave me a name, toys, chewies, blankies to keep me warm, and a yard to play in. I am important now. I am loved. Yippee!

Bio:
When I went to my new home I didn't trust people. They were big and scary. I didn't want to get hurt again. I didn't want to be touched. I wasn't comfortable with being held by Mommy. I wouldn't even walk by a house if a person was outside. But day after day, Mommy stuck by me. Now I have lots of friends. People like me and want to give me treats. I must be a swell guy!
