BIG update

Hi pup pals


How are you all? Well, its been a really really long time such i wrote last!!
And lots has happened.

Firstly, ive been for another check up and got a great report! My heart is doing really well considering and everything else is okay too. My colitis seems to be better these days too so all is well. Mum was very pleased and i guess santa was too as i was spoiled rotten at christmas! It was flora (or floee) as we call her and Myas first christmas. They had great fun but mya was a bit scared santa paws would come in the night and take her away. (I was only teasing her -- i didnt know she would believe me did i??!) The two of them have got SOOOOO BIG now! Both of them are bigger than me. I dont know how that works since in the oldest!

Infact, it was my birthday last week and i was a big 7 years old. Pretty good since the silly puppy dr said id only live 6 month. I got loads of lovely dresses and toys and had a great party too. I think mums going to post some photos. Shes also going to update myaand floees pages as they havent bneen done in months!

Hey pup pals

How are you all? Its been a while since ive updated this so just a quick entry to say hello and let you all know im well. My little sisters are getting pretty big now.In fact Flora is bigger than me! She's 6lbs...whats a chubbie chops! Mya is now almost 5 months old and weighs 4lbs. Her hair is getting really nice and long now...though not as long as mine!

We are all going to a halloween party later this month so my mum is going to be making me costumes. Im wanting to go as a fairy princess, are any of you guys dressing up this year?

Im a big sister... times TWO!

Hey pup pals

How are you all?

ok, well sooooooo much has happened since i last spoke to you all. I am now a very proud big sister of not one but TWO ltitle sisters!! Mum and Dad had been thinking of getting another furry baby for a while and since id enjoyed having my sister to stay so much i guessed it would be okay. I certainly hadn't expected TWO though! Gosh its hard working trying to keep them both in line I hardly get a minute to play by myself!

My first new sister is puppy Flora. Floras the puppy mum was looking after while her friend was away on holiday. Shes 4 months but already nearly the size of me! That's quite good though as it means i get to play with her lots. Shes pretty funny really. My other sister is called Mya. She comes from a place called bathgate in scotland and shes only a tiny baby yet so i cant really play with her. Im not too sure of her yet, mum seems to be paying her a lot more attention which im not liking! Shes shes its only because baby Mya is only 9 weeks old but im not so sure. She also poops a lot which i dont like. Shes kind smelly but mum says it will get better and thet i need to look out for her since im the big sister now. Hmmm. I suppose she is quite cute though and Flora loves her a lot so i guess i will get used to her too.

mum says shes going to try and make them their own pages now too, though mine will still be the main one so theirs might not be updated much. She will put some photos on though for all to see.

So busy babysitting

Hey pup pals

How are you all? Guess what. I have my family staying while their mummy is away on holidays! My sister Lucy is here. Shes 7 and Lucys little friend Flora is here. Shes a maltese as well but only 12 weeks old so mum says i have to be really good to her. Ive never seen anything so small before...she seems very short to me but i didn't like to say anything incase i would seem rude! I dont know why shes so small. She cant even get up or down the steps on her own. Anyway, i wasn't too sure of having them here at first. i dont normally share my toys but we played for quite a while this afternoon and it was fun. Well, until i got sick! :(

mum had me at the vet last week as ive not been very well for a few weeks. It turns out not only do i have a heart problem but i have colitis. how unfair is that?! The evil puppy doctor has given me some medicine though. He also give me some injections. they were bad. What was even worse though was when he took my temperature. Do you KNOW how he does that?? It really shouldn't be allowed! Especially when he dosnt give you any warning!

Anyway, I better go and see what Lucy and Flora are up to now. need to make sure they are behaving, you know. Think mums going to post some pics of us all later so hope you enjoy them

Hsppy Easter! :)

Just a quick message to wish all of my pup pals a very Happy Easter! I hope that you have all had a lovely day and that the easter bunny was good to you. He did remember me this year after all and im feeling better just in time :) I got a nice yummy doggy chocolate easter egg, some easter hair bows and a cute little bunny toy. In the afternoon my mummy, daddy and me went for a nice spin in the car because it was such a good day. I love a spin in the car and i saw lots of those little weird white things again like last year.... the things my mum called Lambs. Im still not too sure of them, i think they might be one of those posh new breeds of dog but i dont really know for sure.

Anyway, hope you all have a nice day

Puppy doctor update

Hi Pup Pals

Just a little update. Today mummy took me to the puppy doctor but it wasn't to usual one we saw as he was away on holiday. He was quite a nice man all the same but my mummy's kinda funny about seeing our own vet as he's treated me since i was a baby so knows what to listen for.

The other puppy doctor had a good listen to my heart and lungs and said that my heart murmur is scale 5 which is very high. Actually he said it sounds like 10 our of 5 which scared mummy a lot! The good news though was that he cant hear any fluid build up which would be the main worry. I don't know if my heart really sounded that different though as any other vet who doesn't know me thinks it sounds really bad anyway. Once we were told i was prob not going to make it much longer but when mummy took me back to our own puppy doctor he said ''that sounds good...well for bella's heart'' and was very pleased with me. The new puppy doctor has given me another kind of stronger water tablet to take every day for a week just now to see if it stops my coughing. Mummy thinks that im a little bit better today anyway so fingers crossed. Unfortunately its raining here though and my water pill makes me need to wee wee all the time! I hate getting my long hair wet!

Its not very long now until Easter. Im hoping that my mummy is going to get me a nice special doggy Easter egg since ive been so poorly and brave. Lets just hope she doesn't decide to dress me up as a pink Easter bunny this year again though! I love dressing up but gosh that was embarrassing! Anyway, i better go - think i need to wee wee again

a big update!

Hey Pup pals

How are you all? So much has been happening in this last week. Unfortunately ive been kinda unwell the past few days so my mum is going to take me to the evil puppy doctor. As ive said before calling him a ''puppy doctor'' dost fool me. I KNOW who and what he is! Ive had a very bad cough and mum knows that's one of the signs of fluid build up due to me heart condition so i think she's pretty worried. I had to have a yuvky water tablet today which makes me wee wee loads! I hope I get on okay tomorrow. :(

But lots of other good things have happened too.

A week last Sunday my mum took me to pets at home store to get my photo taken professionally. Id never had that done before so it was very exciting. Its actually a competition for the best looking dog but your able to buy some of the prints too. Mum bought lots of my pictures when we went back to see them yesterday and says shes going to add them onto my page for all my pup pals to see. I think shes going to get one made into a big canvas print too. She says i look really cute but what's new? I think im always cute!

Then last Thursday we had very special visitors. My Maltese sister Lucy and the lady who my mummy got me from. We hadn't seen them since my mum got me at 8 weeks so it was very exciting. My sisters really cute and looked a lot like me, though she was a bit bigger. At first i wasn't too impressed and i barked a lot. Mum says i showed her up! but thankfully we got along ok in the end. It was fun having another Maltese to play with, id never seen another one in my life apart from my mummy when i was a baby. I hope they are going to come back again to play and i think next time my little niece Becky might come too. Ive never met her either so that will be fun.

well my big day is here at last! I hardly slept at all last night i was so excited! Mummy and me are making some little cakes this afternoon for my birthday as she says i wont be getting my proper cake until my birthday party on saturday - thats okay though, i dont mind. In a way it means i get two! :o)

Thank you very very much to all my pup pals who sent me birthday wishes, you are all very kind. Its just a shame none of you are close enough to come to my party! Now that would be fun :o)

Tomorrow is a very very very special day my mummy says. Tomorrow is my 6th birthday!! As most of my pup pals know, i wasn’t meant to live to/past 6 months so six years is quite an achievement!! Esp since im doing so well and feel so great on my medication :o) We are going back home to grannys on Friday night and mummys having a big birthday party for me on Saturday! (im told i have to go and see the puppy dr first though about my blisters where my teeth were taken out. Im not looking forward to that bit but maybe it means i will get more gifts??) I cant wait. It will be fun to see toby and rascal too. Even if they do smell a bit yucky. I think its cos hey are old? or maye its cos they are boys? heheh! Oh I wonder if this means i get two cakes?? I hope so! :o)
