Arrival Story:
Phoebe's biological mom, Lady, was incarcerated in a puppy mill producing litter after litter for the owners of the mill. Lady was confiscated during a raid and was pregnant with six puppies. Phoebe was one of the six puppies and we were lucky enough to be approved for adoption when she was six weeks old. Her foster family named her Marsha (all the puppies were names after the Brady Bunch kids).
