yes and very sad.... My vets, office called me, after my Emma went to the bridge,and told me that they knew of a person who wanted to give away a female bassethound, seems the woman had been keeping her outside in the freezing weather, and she weighed only 38 pounds.... She also acted as though she was starved, and very timid about being patted, Hannah has been with us 5 days now, she is starting to gain weight and is settling in very well, she is in her forever home.....
