Arrival Story:
My parents rescued Harley when he was a little under a year (according to the paperwork that came with him...which had white out on it, so who really knows!). He was underweight and apparently abused since there are a number of things that trigger anxiety attacks (the squeak of a hose being turned on, the phone ringing, being left alone, etc.). My dad did a fantastic job of spoiling him rotten and gaining his trust. When my dad passed away my mom moved to an apartment building where she couldn't keep him, so he came to live with us. With my dad's passing Harley's separation anxiety got much worse, but we live with his quirks and love his sweet personality.
