i went to the pound one day in college, and found a puppy, not quite 2 months old, sitting in her water dish. she was shaking and covered in fleas and ticks. she had really big ears, too! i had to take her. 5 years later, she is the craziest, silliest, happiest mutt in town, and she still has really big ears.
