Arrival Story:
We lost our beloved Ollie (Rottie)to cancer last Thanksgiving and wanted to get a Rottie puppy so we would have more time with her that we did with Ollie...We decided we wanted to rescue and found Roxy on Petfinder.com along with her mother and 9 siblings. Lexi, her mom, had been dumped in a kill shelter with her 10 babies and a rescue picked them up and nursed them back to health. When we picked up Roxy she was 8 lbs and only 6 weeks old. She was sooooo cute!!!! Sabrina, the rescuer was so sweet, she gave us a baby blanket and some baby toys and we felt like new parents. She brightened up our Christmas. We were still so devasted for Ollie, but Roxy was just so different and so small that she stole our hearts and occuppied our time...Dan & I drove 8 hours from home to pick her up. I held her in my arms all the way home.

Bio:
Roxy gave us some trouble in the beginning as all puppies do, but she is such a great dog. We love her to death. Roxy sleeps with us everynight, she loves to cuddle. We also rescued her mom Lexi and they play and hang out together with our two kittens Stan and Joe.
