first, he IS those 2 breeds above, so don't dispute it... his mom was a chihuahua who was in heat & her owner had her tied to a tree up front... i thought i was getting pekingese mixed w/ chihuahua but he kept growing & i noticed the black tongue... but we still love him no matter what
