Lighthouse at Bolo Point , the walking trail on Kadena (when we lived in Japan). . .Now we go on looooong neighborhood strolls.

Arrival Story:
I was born in a litter of puppies in Okinawa, Japan. My adopted mommy and my Aunt Kim rescued me after I was hit by a car when I was 7 weeks old (my biological mother was loose and I was trying to find her!). My adopted mommy took me to the vet and they told her I had a broken tibia and a broken femur. I was a very brave girl and had surgery to fix my leg. After that I had a lot of physical therapy (I learned to swim too!). But the muscle in my leg wasn't stretching so the doctors had to amputate it. That's okay though. It was all part of my plan so I could stay with my new adopted family. I love them soooooo much.
