Bio:
Althea is a beautiful black lab husky mix with multi colored eyes (blue tops and brown bottoms) ---------------------------------- ---------------------------------- ---------------------------------- ---------------------------Althea and I were hiking one day in Virginia and came across a rattlesnake. Althea being a curious dog proceeded to approach the snake and sniff it at my behest. I yelled for her to come to me but she wasn't listening. The snake snapped at her and she jumped back a couple feet. Sure enough Althea approached the snake. Not really thinking I ran toward the snake and jumped passed it in the hopes that Althea would follow. Thankfully she followed me and I put her on the leash. I truly appreciate every day I get to spend with her.
