Arrival Story:
After 2 Golden Retrievers, and a lot of research, we honored our youngest son's request to get a Basset Hound. After contacting Basset Hound Rescue of Northern California. We found "Hub" on Petfinder within a few days and decided to do our own rescue. He had been abused, abandoned and was wandering around Clearlake for 3 months. He was taken in by a kind lady, Ingrid, who already had 7 dogs. Hub still needed to be neutered and house-trained. It was a big job, but he's been worth it.

Bio:
We think Hub is 5 years old. His family includes two boys (10 and 13), two cats, two adults, and 1 hamster named "Graham Cracker".
