Duste was then 4 days old. We got to this house and there was 9 puppies. The people dubbed him Tank because he was the biggest one in the litter. I took one look at him and had to have him. I took my husband over when he got home and begged him. He said yes. I went over there every day to visit him. When he was 3 weeks old the owners asked me if I wanted to take him home because they were having trouble feeding all of the puppies because the mother was not milking anymore. So I ran to the store and bought some formula and grabbed my new puppy. He went everywhere with me for the first 6 months of his life. I even hid him in my coat when I went to the grocery store.
