Quick Bio:

This song...we used to dance to it......, to carry my Mommy's big stinky shoes around in her tiny mouth....., kissing her mommy (she likes tongue kisses), belly rubs, sticking her head through the railing

Too much fussing with her hair, trying to make her eat something she doesn't want, taking her cancer herbs

Favorite Toy:
My shoes, her cloth boney

Favorite Food:
Roast beef, cheese whiz, steak on the grill, peas

Favorite Walk:
Having the wind blow through my hair at Ft. Myers Beach

Best Tricks:
Twirling, making her bed, hiding mommy's shoes behind chairs/etc

Sweetie Pie was diagnosed with a tumor the size of a golf-ball three weeks ago. It is pressing against her trachea which will eventually render her unable to breathe. She has been my soul mate for the last 11 years....I am struggling. Took her to the holisitic vet this past Saturday and we are trying to reduce the tumor's size with herbs and diet. She is also on Prednisone. Please say a prayer for both of us......I love her so, so much. 18 MONTH UPDATE: Sweetie Pie had surgery to remove the thymoma tumor between her little lungs by her little heart--and survived. She only had three radiation treatments because her trachea started collapsing. But, with a wonderful holisitc vet---Sweetie Pie is still with me 18 months past diagnosis of cancer. I treasure every extra day that I have with her...she is my love. 31 month update....Sweetie Pie is going to be 14 this month (May)!!! She is still with me....living with cancer...and doing one heck of a good job of it! She now has developed "lung issues" and is taking something for her cough. She still takes a lot of herbs/supplements....and enjoying life. We went on a memory making trip to Ft. Myers Beach two years in a row, now...I hope that we can make it a third. Thank you for your prayers... Sweetie Pie's little body gave out on Sept. 11, 2007. She was doing fine on Saturday and then in ICU through ER on Sunday. She was having trouble breating. They said that her cancer was not back..nor was there anything wrong with her heart--and only could guess that her lungs were damaged. It was so sudden...as she had had such a wonderful summer and was doing so well. She was such a brave warrior....I don't know how I am going to climb this tall mountain in front of me--she was my everything. I love you so much and miss you so much, Sweetie Pie. I'm sorry that I wasn't there to say goodbye....I will forever feel guilty...this was not how I wanted it to be. Please forgive me.....you must have been so scared.
