I had been researching bassets and came across a breeder who lived in Portland, OR (we live near Seattle). After contacting her, I learned he was born on my husband's & mines 10th wedding anniversary and he was puppy #7 which is my favorite number. After seeing his face, I knew he was meant to be with us. He's spectacular. Our whole family is in love, even our cat!
