Arrival Story:
Arthur and I (my boyfriend) went to the Cattaraugus SPCA to look at a dog that we saw on Petfinder. When we got there and saw the dog, he was aggressive towards Arthur. We would walk away and let him calm down and then return after a little bit but nothing changed in his behavior. We were about to leave when a volunteer asked us what breed or type of dog we were looking for. We told her that we wanted a German Shepard or a Shepard mix. She then recommended we take a look at Onyx. Out of all the barking dogs she was the only one that was not barking. We then decided to take her for a walk and fell in love with her!! A couple of days later we came to pick up our new member!!!

Bio:
She was found in Alleghany with pneumonia and porcupine quills on the inside and outside of her mouth.
