Arrival Story:
I was born into an odd family, all my brothers and sisters were blue, and I was Black. Were did they get that blue color, I think something was wrong with them. I was the runt of the litter. When I was about 7 weeks old a car pulled up next to my yard and I saw this man get out and come to the fence to look at us. I knew this was my daddy and I belonged with him, so I walked right up to the fence and sit down. He left without holding any of us, but a few minutes later I was taken to the front door and there stood my daddy, I was so Happy!! He came back that afternoon and took me to my forever home. Everyone said I was small but I grew up to be a big dog! I love living in the country and could not imagine living in the place with all the buildings and loud noises! We get to go to that place and meet other great danes! Those are good times but I love getting back to the peace of home. I love to help my daddy dig holes in the yard, he starts them and I finish them, sometimes they are bigger than what he wants, but I get started and just can't stop. I am the protector of my family, they will help but only after I get it started. No one messes with my family and gets away with it!! I really like to lounge around in the house on my sofa the best!
