Arrival Story:
My father's friend couldn't handle him, so he had given Kane to a neighbor. Some weeks later, he found out the man was beating him, so one night he stole Kane back!
Still not being able to care for him properly, he gave him to my father, who, in turn, gave him to me as a birthday present!
Bio:
Kane died in 2005 of cancer in my father's care. My husband and I were stationed in Iceland at the time. I wish I had been there to say good-bye to my baby!
