Hi everypup!! I hope you all had a wonderful New Years Day!!
Mine was the best ever, you see my sweetie Roxy & I went to a New Years Day Ball, it was wonderful!! Beautiful music, dancing, lots of good food and great friends. But the best part, I asked Roxy to marry me and she said YES!! She has made me one happy pup that's for sure!! We are talking about a Valentine's wedding, pretty romantic isn't it? :) I have to be the luckiest pup in the whole world!!

Wow!! I can't believe I was picked for Diary of the Day on Nov.17, 2007!
But, even better than that, I am so thankful for my many wonderful and caring friends!! I received so many Congratulations, Rosettes and Special Gifts from several of my Dogster pals and I am very grateful for each and every one of them! Dogster is such a wonderful group to be a member of and there are so many terrific pups, kitties & humans here! :)
Also, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the thoughts and prayers so many of you said for my mom when she had her stroke in late Oct. She and I were so deeply moved by your kindness and love and we will be forever grateful for all of our wonderful friends! Thank-you again, we love each and every one of you!!

IT'S THANKSGIVING TAG!!!!

Here are the rules:

Because it’s Thanksgiving time, there is a change to the rules. Each player needs to tell seven special things they are thankful for. Well, I had my first Obedience class tonight and I had a great time!! Mom told me she was so proud of me and even the instructors said that I did really well! Mom had bought me some new treats and they are really yummy, she got them from the instructors so she said that she was sure they would be safe. Since all this trouble has started with tainted food and treats, mom has been afraid to buy any treats. My next class is next Tues. so mom and I will be spending a lot of time on healing (which I already pretty much know that one) and then when we stop walking, I am supposed to immediately sit by her side. We need to work on that one. :) But all in all, I had a really cool time!! I was the only German Shepherd in my class which is at 6:00, the 7:00 class has 3 German Shepherds. There are some really cool pups in my class and the instructors had some huge dogs there. Well actually, mom said that they are horses but I would have liked to have gone over to the fence and made friends with them, they looked like they would be a lot of fun to play with.
Mom wants me to get off the computer now so we can get to bed, it is getting kind of late. Until next time, take care and God Bless.

Re: obedience classes

The day to start my obedience classes is getting closer. On Sept. 18, mom will go and get all the paper work done, pay for the classes and also she will bring my shots record so they know I'm up to date on my shots. Then the following Tues. Sept. 25, is when I get to go!! I'm getting really excited about it but also a little nervous, not knowing what all I will be expected to learn, but mom is not worried, she said that I am smart and everything will be ok. :)

Not a lot has been happening around here. The weather is getting cooler though, fall is just around the corner. We haven't had much rain all summer so I'm sure we will not have the bright colors on the tree leaves, it is so beautiful around here when the leaves are brightly colored.

Re: Back on track!

We have finally got our computer fixed!! It took a few days and we lost some things in the process, but at least it is up and running again! YEAH!!
One of the things we lost was our Incredimail account. We are going to open a new one but all the old messages are gone. :( I had sent out some PPR's before the computer went bad so if anyone answered them I have no way of knowing now. If you still want to be pals, please respond again. You might want to give me a day or so to make sure I can get my e-mail started without any problems. Re: computer problems

Hi!

Well, mom & I are having some serious problems with our computer. She was really surprised and very happy that she could get to my page! We started having problems back around Aug. 1st so the other day, mom called our ISP tech support and the woman she spoke with told her to do a system restore back a couple of weeks before the problem started. She put the date July 16,2007 and it was only supposed to restore back to that date but when the computer rebooted, everything was gone!! All her pictures and everything else she has had for many years on here. Thinking back, she wishes that she had saved everything to disk but it is kind of late for that now. She went to the "Add or Delete" page and everything is still there, we just can't get to it - the computer doesn't even recognize her as the administrator! She spoke with a couple of other techs since she did the system restore and they couldn't figure out what had happened either, not good. Another tech is going to call her this Sat. and hopefully he will be able to help her, if not, then she will have to take it to a repairman and it is hard to tell if he can fix it or if he will have to restart everything. In which case, she would definitely lose all her pictures, etc. So please would all of you keep your paws crossed that this tech can help us? We would really appreciate it. Thank-you and take care.
