Arrival Story:
My older sister had been married for about 10 months and was planning a gift for her anniversary present for her husband. She decided to get him a dog. She researched and studied many breeds trying to find one that would be really good and would suit their lifestyle. Finally she came across the Afghan Hound. She thought it was wonderful the perfect breed so she talked with breeders and decided she would say she was going to the store on their anniversary but she was really getting the puppy. The plot worked out and when she came home with the puppy she hid her in the garage with a big pink bow around the neck. She went inside and said she forgot the grocery list. He said "wait I have your present". My sister started crying because he had boughten her a 16 karot diamond necklace. She told him she had him a gift too. She went out to the garage and brought back the puppy. His face dropped when he saw the pup. She asked what was the matter because he had always said he loved dogs in the past. My sister said "I thought you said you loved dogs" Her husband said "I do, I think they are amazing and adorable creatures. But, I'm allergic to them. I will suffocate if I pet them. I am very highly allergic to dogs." My sister started crying again. "It was a very good present though" He tried to reassure her. My sister just left and brought the puppy to my mom' s house but then remembered her father hated dogs and he abused them. So she brought the dog to my house. I lived in a little apartment, alone. She asked me if I would please take this poor baby, and she explained what happened. I felt so bad for her and the puppy. I had always loved dogs, just not enough free money to buy one. So I gladly took the baby in. I hugged my sister and let her name it. She named it Isabella after the rabbit she had as a girl.

Bio:
Ever since living with Isabella since she was a puppy, it's been about 6 years, i've fell inlove with the breed. It's a very elegant and girly breed. I also like the Affenspinscher breed, which is Isabella's little brother's breed. Isabella is the sweetest little baby and she brings me so much joy. So right now, today, go out and buy a Afghan Hound because they are such sweet animals willing to come and love you and bring you joy.
