Maggie's sick!

It's true! Maggie is currently in the hospital getting intensive care for a diabetic crisis. They are making sure her blood sugar level returns to normal and that she is eating and drinking. She was one mighty sick puppy on Sunday. We rushed her to the ER vet early Monday morning where she was whisked off to be placed on IV's. Maggie does seem to be stabilizing and when we visited her today she was smiling and wagging her tail! Hopefully we have turned the corner--the vet is playing it cautiously optimistic!!
