Arrival Story:
I went out to a farm near Calgary to pick up a male chocolate lab, but was totally awe struck by this beautiful blond with green eyes. My first female dog, and she's brilliant. Her eye colour changed, but she is still beautiful.

Bio:
Sophie is ball crazed and will beat any dog to get the ball first. Unfortunately, she recently paid the price for that one. In December 2006, she underwent an extremely expensive TPLO surgery for a torn cruciate ligament. She has been recovering beautifully and is already hounding me to play ball with her. I told her I'd think about it. SOPHIE'S MISSION: To collect all the dogs named Sophie that she can. Are you a Sophie? If so, please join the group "Here Sophie". I can't wait to see how many wacky, wild and wonderful beasties named Sophie she can gather up.

Having recently undergone TPLO surgery for a torn cruciate ligament, Sophie decided that the best way to kill the time while she recovers is to start a world-wide search for all dogs named Sophie.
Wouldn't you love to see how many different kinds of dogs share this fantastic, fun, fluffy and fabulous name? I know I would.
