My hopes of swimming have been crushed. The house the pawrents looked at had been vandalized by copper thieves. They ruined all the electrical and plumbing as well as drywall. For whatever small amount they got for the copper it is nowhere near the tens of thousands of dollars that they did in damage. The pawrents don't want to take the risk with that property.
Leave A Comment | 6 people already have Some humans will resort to creative ways to gain monies - I hope they are caught and sent to jail plus have to pay for all damages done. Sorry they damaged the house your humans were considering buying. It was pretty disappointing because the house was very nice. The cost of the repairs though are astronomical and then you don't even know if anything else is wrong. I'm sure another can come on the market, I just hope it has a pool along with the land :) Cheers, Chester So sorry to hear that the house was vandalized. I didn't know that at the US they have copper thieves - I thought this only happens here in Brazil(it is a common practice here ) - they sell it for good price in the black market I am sure you will find another one even better love and hugs from all of us Peek a Boo and family Congratulations on getting one of the DDPs for today, Chester!
