He was a birthday present for my dad 13 years ago, as a puppy. He was family, as well as protector and guardian. He slept with me when he was little and I grew up with him. When he went to doggy heaven, my world was torn apart.

Saturday, December 13, 2008 was the ten month anniversary of my death. Mommy has been thinking about me alot lately. Let her know that you're thinking of her--she'll appreciate it.

I, Bear, guardian and protector of my family, went to doggie heaven today. My family is grieving deeply. I know that they loved me so much!
