Being with her mommy, rawhide chews, riding in the car, putting clothes on, going to see her Papa

Rough housing with her, being away from her Mommy

Favorite Toy:
Anything that squeeks

Favorite Food:
Purina Dog Chow, chicken, crackers, bread

Favorite Walk:
Around our neighborhood. She really loves the trails at the local park also!

Best Tricks:
Sit, stay, come, stand up. We are working on "howdy."

Arrival Story:
When she was four months old she was dropped off at a local pet grooming facility for a normal groom. The owner never came back to get her. My friend, who worked there at the time, told me about her. I went up there to see her and I fell in love. She came home with me that day.

She is the sweetest dog in the world. She does suffer from seperation anxiety from where her previous owner neglected her, but we are working on that. I think that she finally understands that I am not going anywhere and neither is she. Hollie also suffers from bad tear stains. It seems like the harder I try to get them to go away the worse they get. The vet says she's healthy and I know she's happy...so that is all that matters! **She is now two and a half years old, and it seems like only yesterday since I brought her home. Her seperation anxiety has eased a lot, but there are some traits still there. I can't imagine life without my sweet baby girl.

I mixed with emotions right now. Mommy is going to this place called Jamaica for a week. She is leaving tomorrow.......but..........we get to stay with Papa! YAYAYAYAYAYAY! I am going to miss Mommy like crazy, and I know she will miss us. She has been crying. But hey....who would miss a chance to stay with Papa? Not me!!!!!

As you might can see it has been a while since I have been on dogster. I have been with my mommy and sister Maisie. Maisie and I have been trying to comfort mommy as much as we can. If you read my previous two diary entries you know that granny had her surgery in Februrary. Five weeks to the day after her surgery granny lost her fight and passed away. It has been extremely difficult for all of us. Mommy is devestated. She is so lost without granny. I am doing my absolute best to help her feel better. I am trying to so hard to be such a good girl, and so is Maisie. We are doing a really good job at it, and mommy knows that! She says that she is so proud of us, and how "grown up" we've been acting. We just want her to feel better, but we know that it will take time.

We all miss granny so much...but know that she is in Heaven now, and no longer in pain. R.I.P granny. We love you soooo much!

Granny's Surgery

Granny had her surgery on Tuesday, and mommy says that things are not going very good right now. I think I over heard her say that the doctor's are giving granny a 50/50 chance of survival right now. Mommy is so scared, and so am I.

Mommy hasn't been home a lot lately. She's been up at the hospiatl. I miss her bunches, but I understand. Maisie and me got to go to my aunt Courtney's house the other day while mommy was gone. We had fun.

Please Lord, be with granny and help her get better.

I love you granny! XOXO
