He was supposed to be my first foster dog. I was going to keep him for 2 weeks to 2 months until I found the PERFECT home for him. Tiffany called to see if she could put him onto the "RESCUEME Yorkie Rescue" web pages and I told her NO ONE can take care of him as well as I do. That was 11 days after we met!
