Kendo was supposed to be part of the family last December but my mom decided to postpone it till after the New Years. We got him January 29 from tita Shiela who has lots of pugs. Kendo was the only male pug from the last batch of puppies. He has sisters! We didn't get a female pug because they menstruate.

Gid Kendo Sumo of Wings was born August 14, 2006. He's very sweet and playful. He likes to sleep a lot.

His first night with us was stressful for him. When we brought him home, he was shaking. He didn't move, opened his mouth nor drank water until he was comfortable which was like 5 hours later.

In the morning he peed near my bed! We decided that I sleep with him on the floor in the living room, which is fine by me, we have a cool weather anyway. Maybe because he was stressed, he pooped more than 8 times that day. His body maybe adjusting to the new house and the water and my mom thinks the food given to us wasn't suitable for him. We felt sorry because we knew it was weakening him which caused him to sleep after he poops. Aww..

It's been three days and he's doing better. He is comfortable here and still likes to sleep in the afternoon and makes it hard for me to sleep at night because he's fully awake. He doesn't pee or poop just anywhere. He goes out near the gate or in our kitchen which is like an outdoor place. He found a new place though, he peed and pooped in the comfort room. LOL. Maybe i could teach him to do it in the potty! :D
