Carrots, ice cubes, seeded watermelon cubes, grapes (seedless--although we've since learned grapes are bad for dogs), and the little bit left in the yogurt cup.

Central Park (on the Upper West Side)

Best Tricks:
If he *really* liked you, he would sit on your foot as though to say "You're mine!"

Arrival Story:
I drove for an hour and a half each way just to go get him two days after I picked up his brother. Pippen was the only name that made sense since his brother had already been named Jordan.

Bio:
He flunked a so-called puppy IQ test when he couldn't find his way out from under a sheet. But he was probably smarter than we thought--his brother did everything for him. He was born on New Year's Day 1996 in Martville, a small town in upstate NY, and brought joy to his owner's life--and all who knew him--for 6 years. He has been watching over us in Heaven since April 1, 2002.
