Likes: A couple of years ago: fetching all day, now he fetches sometimes and quietly remembers those younger days durning his resting times. Pet-Peeves: Kongs on a string being stuck in a tree! Younger dogs getting to the ball first. German Shepherds mouthing his neck (she knows who he's talking about). Favorite Toy: Any ball any time any where! Favorite Food: Anything Mommy's eating, and any non-low calorie weight management dog food. Favorite Walk: Down the yard to talk to Sadie, the neighbors border collie. Best Tricks: "Sit like a bunny", "whisper", and "watch the baby/stay with the baby" while they nap in a crib. Arrival Story: He was not easy to place in a new home, because he has had juvenile epilepsy since he was a Puppy. Most people didn't want to deal with the extra responsibility and expense. We had already fallen in love with him, and because our dogs did not react negatively to him during his seizures we kept him in our family.
