Quick Bio:

Likes:
Peanut loves snuggles and hugs. She also likes to play wrestle and lick your face, ears, neck--anything she can get to.

Pet-Peeves:
Not getting pets and snugs the MINUTE I get home. She sits/wiggles and stares at me with an excited whine until I oblige!

Favorite Toy:
She's only interested in toys when sister Boo has one.

Favorite Food:
Pretty much everything.

Favorite Walk:
She loves when we go out to the front yard--she likes to watch me go to the mailbox.

Best Tricks:
She's not much for tricks! But, she does kinda 'hug' me when I'm sitting on the floor: she'll put her front paws on my shoulders-rather charming!

Arrival Story:
It was fate, as I was supposed to pick up another dog as Boo's companion. When I went to the shelter to introduce Boo to her new friend Princess, Peanut was on hand as well. It was clear at the beginning that Pea was meant to be, as she immediately licked Boo's face (and mine); but I brought both Pea and Princess home for a weekend trial in the hopes that all three would coexist. That night while Princess slept on the floor by my bed snarling at the other two, Pea and Boo curled up together on a dog bed made for one. The rest is history. Princess went back to the shelter and was quickly adopted to a home where she could be the only dog, and my girls have been best friends ever since. Happy ending!

Bio:
Peanut was sickly and skinny when I brought her home at 6 months--boogery eyes and hacking cough, digestive issues--she had been severly neglected and her growth stunted according to the vet (see two bottom pictures). She's so strong and healthy now and just the greatest little dog--SO SWEET! Boo and I are very lucky to have Peanut in our lives. Everyone who meets Pea is struck by her disposition and charm.

Forums Motto:
It's a great day to be Peanut!
