Mom has a new store!

My mom has a new store. There are T-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, all kinds of stuff that people like. There are pictures of Chance and me on most of it. There are also pics of the great outdoors. We love the great outdoors. Check out mom's store.

the great escape

we got out this morning. Dad left the door open and Chance and I went for an adventure. She didn't stay with me though, she stayed to play in the marsh, close to home. I went for the big time. I was having a rest under a tree, chewing on some little tid bit I picked up,when Mom drove past with the car. I was ready to go home, so I took my spot in the back seat, and Mom drove us home. I didn't know we'd get a bath after that. Now we're both soaked, and stretched out on the deck, drying in the sun. Chas

What a day to help save the planet

Today was a beautiful day. Chance and I got up early. It was mom's day off and we wanted to enjoy every minute of it. After Chance and I had a bit of a wrestling match ontop of the bed (and mom), mom decided to get up. Mom said we were going to work. She put on our pulling harnesses and hooked us up to her garden cart, and we started up the road. Mom kept stopping us, making us wait, while she picked up all kinds of trash along the road. Mom said it was important to make our regular walk area look nice again. She said bottles could go back to the store for money. I thought we would get a new toy for all our hard work, but mom says we have loads of toys and that some dogs and cats don't have all the stuff we have. Some of them don't even have people or a place to live. She said we could give any bottle money we collect to our local shelter, so they can keep helping other animals. I think she's right. I really like when mom thinks about other animals too. You guys could help too. Collect bottles and cans, and when the store gives you money for them, give it to your local animal shelter so they can help other animals as well. I'm tired now. Chance and I worked really hard this morning. She's all ready having a nap on the deck. I've got a place picked out under my favorite tree. I'm going to dig a nice whole and take a nap.
