Arrival Story:
GSD's have always been our fav breed...my husband used to breed and train his own pups for search and Rescue in Arkansas.Over the past year we had talked many times about getting a new pup once we were settled here ....so in the summer off we went to pick her out..,only 4 black pups left,she was the largest and had the biggest mouth and was full off confidence.We had wanted a male black and tan but they were all gone but we all fell in love when we saw her.I have to admit she looked a bit rough round the edges at first and was quite pongy,but back home and in the bath she scrubbed up well! We love her dearly,she is a huge part of our family and I could not imagine life without her,she is like my shadow,constantly there,always on guard and very protective of us all,but yet she is as gentle as can be and has the most loving ,placid personality I have ever seen.
