Arrival Story:
We wanted to get a dog but didn't know what breed to get. Thinking that watching dog shows would give us ideas, we stumbled across the UK dog show 'Crufts'. We had only watched about 10 minutes of it when we saw the Swedish Vallhund and were immediately hooked. A lot of it might have been because Nate (Sasha's Daddy) lived in Sweden for a couple of years, so anything Swedish was adored at first sight. We got on the internet, learned everything we could about the breed, contacted a bunch of breeders and found the best one. Five months later we had our pretty little girl. She is so much fun, we just can't imagine life without her!
Bio:
Sasha is a very friendly doggy who thinks everyone is her friend (even cats!). She absolutely looooves people though. When you walk in the door she won't leave you alone until you say 'hi' and give her 'pets'. She seems to be very happy all the time and looks like she has a big smile whenever she pants. Because she's a herding dog, she always wants to know what you're up to and will follow you everywhere. She hates wearing collars and harnesses but loves taking walks and being in the car. She has so much fun playing with her best friend, Roxy, who always manages to tucker her right out. She's a wonderful dog and we just love her to pieces!
