Arrival Story:
Penny and another ( different breed ) puppy were actually tossed from a car window near one of the parks on Ft Leonard Wood, MO. My husband witnessed the incident but could not get a license plate # for the perpetrator. He brought both dogs home and we adopted Penny and found a loving responsible home for the other pup.

Bio:
Penny is a very petite, lady-like little Beagle. We are very happy to be her Forever Home. She shows temperament which may make her suitable to be a Therapy Dog in the future.
