Ive been tagged!!!

My 7 random interesting pawsome facts....hmmmm

1. I am a random pee-er. I cant help it man... it doesnt matter where I am if I gotta go I gotta go.
2. I was the pick of the litter mom says. Mom barely could decide between me and my brother because we were both so cute but I think I gave the best puppy eyes.
3. I was named Chancey because Mom was taken a chance on getting another puppy. Hers died suddenly at age 9 weeks... she got me when I was 8 weeks but she was still scared for a long time to let me sleep alone.
4. I have travelled to Dallas several times and stayed at the Crowne Plaza more than once... they are the only nice Hotel that accepts doggies.
5. I have several females in my life but only have room for one in my heart... Zippie :) Although she is a real pain in the butt we have been together forever.
6. I am a month younger than Millie but outweigh her by over 6 lbs
7. I think I am can jump real high and land in my Moms arms. Sometimes she catches my but Im already 40 lb... wait until I get a little bigger and try that.

Patrolling our grounds

At 6 months old I am becoming territorial. There are lots of dogs out in the country where we live that just seem to wander all over the place. We are not so lucky. Mom makes us stay in our yard or acrosss the street at our familys other house but the only time we get to go down the road is when we are on leash. So imagine how upsetting it is to me that all these other dogs migrate to our house when we are put up. As soon as Mom let me Zip and Millie out the other day we immediatly ran off those other dogs. We were really just playing but Mom got so freaked out that we were going to hurt the neighbor dogs she rounded us up and put us back up. No Fun For Us. SO now our daily walk is behind the house to the pond where no other doggies are. Sometimes mom throws us in to cool us off and I will swim around a little but mostly I like to wade in the wader up to my chest. Thats fun... oh and chasing turtles is cool.... Mom didnt know that Boxers were chasers of all animals that move.

Babysitting

Well, Mom seems to think I make a good babysitter for her new puppies. Its pretty cool cause I FINALLY get to be the boss but geez you have to be so gentle with those little things. Its cool though cause she gives me extra treats and attention when she gets home. It's kinda hurting my image with the ladies though ;)

Rain

Mama put me and Zippy outside!!! Can you believe her? Well we have a pretty big barn and a place to run and play outside but still we are pretty spoiled. Anyways last night there was a HUGE flood. The worst in our town in like 20 years so we were really scared. But mama came out and rescued us and brought us inside. Too bad she had to work all night so we had to sleep in our kennels and not in her bed. I'm sure we will make it up to her today while she is trying to sleep ;)

mommy is gone!!!

Last night my mommy didnt come home. Me and zip looked for her and looked for her but she never came home. Zip cried all night in grandma's bed and Joe tried to get me to sleep with him in his bed but I wasnt having it. I wanted mommy so I ran into mommy's room and got on her bed. Joe came and slept with me anyways. I guess her knew I would be lonely without mommy. She still isnt home today. Grandma said something about meetings in Dallas but all I know is I miss her. And when she's gone we have to stay in our kennels all day while my family is at work and school. They have been giving us extra attention though and lots of treats and I dont even have to work for them. Anyways I hope she is back soon.... I like to sleep on her head and its not the same to eat Joe's hair for breakfast... mommy's taste better.
