We got Rugger from Cathy Mahr at Retrievers, Etc, an excellent Chessie breeder in Minnesota at Christmas 2002. He's a wonderful, gentle dog - he loves babies (especially our two daughters), other dogs and people. But when it comes to his true love, it's retrieving and the water - the colder the better.
