Arrival Story:
Winn was a stray picked up by animal control officers in a suburb of Kansas City, KS. He spent some time in an animal hospital getting recovered from the time spent outside. Once no owners came forward he was placed for adoption and I found him on petfinder.

A new home and a new start!!

Hello everyone, I am Winn and I have just been adopted into my new home. I am so very happy about it. After being a stray and living on the streets I am so happy to have a warm house to live in. Mama even lets me and Cooper on the couch and bed. Oh I love that!!

My mama is Emily and she is very loving. I have some issues such as being too skinny and a bum back leg but she loves me just the same. I get nice food and snacks and run around the house. I am very lucky puppy!!

Cooper is my baby brother. He lived at the house before me but he's been very nice. Ok, that first night he was a jerk and always poking at me and barking and making me mad. But now, we are like peas and carrots. We play together and it is so fun. I love my new home. I feel safe and secure.
