Arrival Story:
We were looking to adopt from a shelter, the pound, or from a foster dog situation, but hadn't heard back from any of them yet. There was an ad in the newspaper under "pets" that said, "terrier mix, 2 males and 1 female, and a price." We called, and she was at a dog groomer's shop. A client of the groomer had a pregnant female Llasa Apso, and the groomer said she'd help her adopt them out. I don't think there is Mini Pin in her, but we'll see as she grows up. It turned out to be part Border Terrier, which we had wanted to get all along.

Bio:
Peanut is very sweet and a quick learner. We're looking forward to when we can join an obedience class with Peanut. I have trained her to do some things on my own, like sit before eating, and down, and no bites, kiss instead. She was 9 weeks old when we picked her out. It's great to have a dog in the house again. A house isn't a home with out a dog!
