Likes: Food! Neighborhood watch, people, the shack
Pet-Peeves: Being left alone, Shula
Favorite Toy: The pheasant
Favorite Food: Popcorn, ice cream, green beans
Favorite Walk: The woods at the shack
Best Tricks: I don't do tricks. I just look cute.
Arrival Story: I was found wandering the alleys of Clouquet, and Friends of Animals found me. They couldn't find my owner. My Aunt Dede called my mom and dad to see if they wanted another puppy and they did!
Bio: I like to go to the shack and be with the guys. Really, I like to go anywhere with anybody - I just like to go! I don't like being left alone, and when someone leaves I jump onto the back of the couch to watch them go. I also monitor the goings-on in the world from that spot. I like to cuddle and be held. When I need a nap, I jump into my big leather chair or make a nest out of my blankies. (Sometimes that annoys my sister when she's sleeping on them!) I like to go hunting, but the gunshots scare me. Sometimes barking at big dogs get me into trouble. My favorite times are when my whole family is at home where I can keep an eye on them!
Good quote from a book my hu-sister just finished reading - pups are important in this world:
"For those who despair that their lives are without meaning and without purpose, for those who dwell in a loneliness so terrible that it has withered their hearts, for those who hate because they have no recognition of the destiny they share with all humanity, for those who would squander their lives in self-pity and in self-destruction because they have lost the saving wisdom with which they were born, for all these and many more, hope waits in the dreams of a dog, where the sacred nature of life may be clearly experienced without the all but blinding filter of human need, desire, greed, envy, and endless fear. And here, in dream woods and fields, along the shores of dream seas, with a profound awareness of the playful Presence abiding in all things, [there is One who has always loved you]." - Dean Koontz, One Door Away From Heaven

Dad had to go check the fish house and see if he could catch anything after work, so I went with to supervise. We didn't stay too long, but we did get one keeper! Dad thought it was going to be a whopper when he pulled it up, but it turned out that the ice scoop he dropped down the hole earlier this week came up with the fish!! BOL!
Well, dudes, another fishing season is off and running! Though we haven't been too sucessful so far. I got to go to the house with Dad on New Year's Eve, but it was so wet out there that he brought me back home. Not a smart move, because they obviously needed me to supervise: they moved the house and forgot to strap down the TV. SMASH!!!
Now they have a satellite and nothing to watch it on!!
I also got to go out there yesterday, and they had a mini-pawty. Ya know what that means! FOOD!! I found me a new person and worked my googly eyes on her - got me some hot bologna!!
I got tagged by my pal, Vern. Gonna give it a shot!
1. What Costume?? Your pawrents are taking you out Trick or Treating! They're both ready in their costumes, but you're still stuck in your room choosing yours! Gotta hurry! What do you do?
a. Just grab a random costume and put it on! Who cares?? You know you always look good in any outfit!
b. Take your time and just find the purfect costume! Mom and Dad can wait, can't they?
c. Run to your pawrents and go trick or treating without any costume at all! Anyways, still got my fur.
C for sure - who has time to get dressed when there is FOOD out there, waiting to be scarfed?!
2. Sugar Rush! Looks like you caught the eye of the person at the first stop! She thinks you're so adorable she decided to let you choose the candy you want! What do you pick?
a. CHOCOLATE!!! It may not be good fur pups, but it's so worth it!
b. Cherry Lollipops, makes me look sassy!
c. Bubblegum! I just wuv the bubbles!
Chocolate all the way. Especially Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. I don't know why Ma gets so bent out of shape when I steal them out of the Christmas stockings.
3. Scary Monster!!! Oh noes! There's a huge scary monster on your front porch! Of course, you gotta protect your pawrents somehow! How will you do it?
a. Growl at the thing. Might even be afraid of you!
b. Push your pawrents aside and run along with them! It's best that you're all safe.
c. Hide behind your pawrents. They're stronger, and not to mention braver, let them do the work.
I would bark and growl and snarl until Ma picked me up and put me in the house. Sheesh. I get no respect around here!
4. Opinions?? So, what did you think about this game?
