Arrival Story:
Working at an animal hospital, I help care for all sorts of injuries and illnesses. When Max showed up, hit by a car, I didnt think much of it. After being there for 3 months allowing his leg to heal, i had fallen in love. I had to take a few mins to cry when i found out he had gone home. Unfortunately, a few months later i recieved a phone call from a friend the hospital telling me Max had been surrendered to the local SPCA. Since his owners had just had a baby, they couldnt care for him. The people at the SPCA were wary about giving a 19 year old an, at that time agressive, (if you had a pin in your leg you would be agressive too) high energy dog with health problems. After many phone calls from doctors at the hospital and many trips to see him they let me have him! He has been my furry child ever since!
