Patsy poo Poppet

Quick Bio:

June 26th 2001

Being safe with her family

Birds flying over her garden.

Favorite Toy:
She liked her toy dog until she managed to nibble his nose off!!!

Favorite Food:
Minced tripe

Favorite Walk:
Not overly keen on her morning walk but mellows about them later in the day---

Best Tricks:
She offers her paw and we say "How do you do?"

Arrival Story:
We have already had two dogs from the Waggytails Rescue Centre. We saw Patsy's face on their web site and fell in love with her.

Patsy came from a puppy farm in Wales. Her sole aim in life to produce litter after litter. She was badly neglected with a prolapsed womb that had never been treated since her last litter . She was very thin and she had nibbled her flanks in either pain or boredom and her eye was so poorly that it had to be removed. She found the open space quite daunting at first but we bought her a crate to sleep in and she has made it her safely home ( take a look at her photos ). We call it Patsy's Pad.She even has it lined with a baby's cot bumper. Spoilt! Oh No! not my dog---- Read more about her on her human Mum's website

Boycie was very old and my Mum and Dad explained that it was only possible for him to stay with us a little while. I was a bit lonely on my own but Mum saw a Poodle called Flora that needed a home.
Now Flora is younger than me and is full of fun. She lets me rest my head on her when I want a nap!. She does bark a lot though! She races around the garden very fast! One day I am going to catch her .Just wait and see!

Patsy was a breeding bitch at a puppy farm. She lost an eye and was in extreme pain with an untreated prolapse YET she bears no grudges and heads butts and wags that curly tail all the time. I love you Patsy Pug.

This is a special Tail of Devotion

To be head butted on the shins by a Pug in sheer joy at loving you is equal only to the butterfly kisses on the face by a Pom or Chihuahua.
