Favorite Toy:
Purple stuffed dog, or any stuffed toy that squeaks Recently I have been babysitting a cavy, a small South American rodent and as you can see from the photo, he fell in love with it!

Favorite Food:
Raw steak bones, dried liver treats, cheese please and more cheese!

Favorite Walk:
The woods and fields behind our house. The wooded trails where we go camping. Runs along the river. The halls at the long term care facility where I work.

Best Tricks:
Giving a "high 5" for a treat, rolling over, stay, sit, come, brings me his brush when he wants to be brushed, especially when he's itchy...

Arrival Story:
We were looking for a Jack Russell and heard of a lady who had bought one from a breeder, kept it for 2 weeks and couldn't handle it. We bought him not knowing much about Jack Russells and asked ourselves for 3 months what we had done! He totally destroyed our couch...just a room full of foam and upholstery all over the floor when we came home after leaving him for a couple of hours! I think he was trying to tell us he was bored and didn't like to be left alone....after all he was just a puppy and has not done anything as bad since....thank goodness! I've never seen such a bundle of energy and mischief! Now we wouldn't trade him for all the dogs in the world! He lights up my life!

Bio:
Winston is now full grown and is not like most JR's that I have heard stories about. He is quiet, gentle and soooo affectionate. He thinks he owns me! Never has anyone or anything given me such a warm and wet greeting when I come home even if I've just been gone a few minutes to go to the corner store. We are the centre of his world and he's the centre of ours!
