Problems with picturesJanuary 15th 2013 5:20 pm[ View A Comments (14) ] Mommy tried to add some pictures and she could not add any, guess I am only allowed to have 20 pictures. We have a plus membership. I wonder what happened to the 200. Even if you add up all our pictures we do not have 200 total. If we did not get 30 free Zealies we would stop the Plus membership.
I know to have been having problems with pics.. Please write to HQ again... and KEEP writing to them. You are allowed 200 pics on each personal page with a PLUS membership. Please contact HQ again till you get this fixed.. also go note it in the All Paws Bulletin group ALL PAWS BULLETIN Group in the BOLO thread... It should be 200 pictures per page. yep, loads of problems around here lately!!! Hound them like a dog til they get it fixed BOL you are entitle to 200 pictures of each puppy and 30 zealies per month for free - if this is not happening you should contact Dogster Headquarters immediately and ask them to fix your account good luck! We are getting are Zealies, but every time we add pictures we get a message we have to remove a picture to add more. Right now all the members of the family has around 20. I was able to add one tonight and my total is now 21. We sent another message to HQ yesterday. Still have not heard back from them. Toto.. I see you havent gone and put a report in the HQ group I put the link to above. It would be a good idea to. There was a phase when HQ also werent getting emails ! Not saying that is happening again.. but its worth reporting the issue in the group they set up a long time back. Are you using the Contact form or email ? Try both.. email is dogsters@dogster.com and support@dogster.com and Lori Malm at lmalm@saymedia.com Replies can take 72 hours.. We have contacted them many time and it has been more than 72 hours since we first reported the problem when we cold not add pictures last Wednesday to Abbie's page without removing pictures. At least one week and and not one word from them. I did select that I wanted a message from them. Guess they do not care. We have used the e-mail last week and still nobody contacts us. KEEP sending them.. they may not be getting them.!! Please go to that group as well report it there.. that is what the group it there for. There are TWO people running the entire Community.. just 2... Please keep trying.. and use the lmalm addy as well. Which thread should I use to post the problem? I think I said in the first post above in the BOLO thread... Be On The Lookout Thread. It cant hurt to post there the way i see it. Also say you have sent repeated emails for over a week and had no answer as yet. I know for a time a while back they werent getting some... you can add that ... We finally heard from them, hopefully they can figure out the problem. Yayyyyyyyyyyyy !! Least you have contact now and can dgo from there ! |
